ERROR: rangecheck OFFENDING COMMAND: image

Today, my colleagues using adobe reader 7.0 to print a document. My stupid HP printer printed out a piece of blank paper with this 2 errors:

ERROR: rangecheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: image.

After surfing on the web, come out the solution -- Installing the latest version of adobe reader 9.1. Then the problem is solve.

IT is Not ET. We ain't knowing everything about IT

Some of the boss must change their mind set. IT professional - is not necessary to know every and every thing about IT. Even doctor, we can have different kind of doctor like pediatrician, orthopaedist, neurologists, gynecologist,physicians and etc. So people don't treat IT professional to know every IT from head to tail.

I ain't your real time price list, I ain't your phone technician, I ain't a TV technician, I ain't a machine technician and I aint .... . Talk about machine technician, I remember when I was working in a manufacturing company, the "so call" production manager, she thought I know everything, and asked me to go down and repair the stupid CNC machine which hook up with a computer. Actually, at the moment I want to shout "Oi, you know I know everything ah. I am a IT support not the your "IT Know Everything" to know how to fix all the things which hook up with a pc".

"So BOSS, or Manager. IT professional not a mighty ET. Flash the finger then everything can heal one. Stop telling me to fix something using electrical current or hook up with a PC"

Nevertheless, being a IT professional, I won't stop to learn new knowledge, new gadget, new ... geh

P.S: Now I only know VLC Media Player can snapshot quick time. Please guys, if you have any IT knowledge want to share. Share share ya

My New Toy Panasonic TH-P42S10K

My new toy arrived yesterday. Panasonic TH-P42s10K. At here, have to thank my Sister Ying Hui and her boy friend (Chen Hong) help me to carry all the way from CyberJaya back to my house. Why? Cheap ma! I bought from their friend with staff price.

The TV is so damn heavy, and my condo is those low rise condo which have no lift. Need to carry all the way up to 2nd floor. Super exhausted. Finally, I am set up my new toy at my bed room. In the beginning very excited, but after plug into the Astro seem like no difference. Then become very down. Astro, when can you have HD ooo?

Next Toy. a PC with HDMI function hook up with my panasonic.

P.S: Why I am using the dynamic mode, then the screen have a white line distortion?

KGPA

Yesterday, went to a place called KGPA have my "Buka Puasa" buffet. 40++ per pax according to my colleague.

The food well is variety, but the taste is tasteless. Some of the food over burned. I just have 2nd round I already KO. The main sucky thing, is our table are far with the buffet line. Somemore, very hot. no fan.

So my conclusion next time please have "Buka Puasa" at hotel, please!

P.S: I will bring my camera around next time, to shoot whatever I want.
